About the Subcommittee

The Outreach Subcommittee is focused on engaging with the student body and promoting involvement across campus. Responsible for outreach and recruitment, the subcommittee raises awareness of Student Government's resources and opportunities while encouraging students to get involved. Through events and initiatives, it fosters community, recruits new members, and ensures all students feel represented and connected. By building bridges between Student Government and the student body, the Outreach Subcommittee plays a key role in shaping a more engaged and informed campus community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting Awareness: Informing students about the resources, services, and opportunities offered by Student Government through events, campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Recruitment Efforts: Encouraging student involvement in Student Government by organizing recruitment drives and networking events to attract passionate individuals.
  • Community Engagement: Planning and hosting events that bring students together, creating a stronger sense of community and encouraging active participation in campus activities.
