  • Parking

    Parking Ticket Relief Program

Not everyone can afford to pay off those unexpected parking fines — and, if left unpaid, they prevent you from registering for your classes. Signed into law by the Hursh-Margrett administration, the Parking Ticket Relief Fund helps students afford skyrocketing parking fines.

  • Food

    Combating Food Insecurity

One in three Iowa State students face some degree of food insecurity. Signed into law by the Hursh-Margrett Administration, the Executive Task Force on Food Insecurity works to better fulfill students’ basic needs.

  • Career Fair

    Streamlining International Student Employment

Despite their high performance, over sixty percent of international applicants are not offered the internships they deserve. In collaboration with the Career Services Council, we've successfully implemented visa-sponsorship signage at all employers’ Career Fairs booths.

  • Texting

    Message the Mayor Program

Campus life doesn’t end at Lincoln Way. Our Message the Mayor program allows students to easily submit their feedback and ideas to the Mayor and City Council — from input on city fees to ideas for better policies.

  • Bill Signing

    Increasing Transparency

If we're spending you money, your should know how it's spent. It's that simple. Vice President Margrett has created an easily accessible library of records so you can see how your representatives vote in the Student Senate.
